| Letter of appreciation The past couple of weeks have been pretty hectic but I did not want to let any more time go by without extended my sincerest thanks to you and your team. The service you provided helped everyone survive the ordeal and made possible to get every patient, staff member, family and pet safely evacuated from our hospital. I think that our evacuation (as chaotic as it seemed at the time) was the most successful in the city. I owe much of that credit to you and your team. Thanks so very much. Mr. Gus Leiva have also been deployed as a member of a
Special Response Team, (SRT) to places like New Orleans,
LA (Sept 1 rst. thru the 3rd., 2005) to conduct the evacuation
of the Kindred Hospital and to the city of Robert, LA (Sept
4th. thru the 17th., 2005) to provide protection to MCI crew
members working in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
